Piano teachers, are you looking for seasonal pieces for Halloween? Stanton’s has a selection of teaching pieces and graded books of Halloween songs. The newest of the books has been compiled by Helen Marlais, a piano teacher and writer of a newly released piano method, Succeeding at the Piano. The Halloween book is called “In Recital: Ready, Set, Play! Halloween Songs.” The writers of piano materials at FJH Publishing have teamed up to write a selection of fun Halloween songs on the pre-reading level. There are piano duet parts for each song, which make it more interesting for the student. Titles include “Two Black Cats”, “Frightning Creatures”, “Super Halloween Party”, and more.
