David Lanz, New Age Pianist and Composer Friday, February 14, 2014

David Lanz, of Seattle, Washington, started playing piano gigs in the 1960′s  when he was a teenager.   He began playing his own compositions when he was playing in the night clubs, and his pieces were well received.  Beginning in the 1980′s, he began composing what is regarded as “New Age” music, and he has released albums on a regular basis since then. His most well known piece is “Cristofori’s Dream”, a tribute to the piano’s 17th century inventor,  Italian  Bartolommeo Cristofori.  Stanton’s carries some of David Lanz’ sheet music albums:  “Here Comes the Sun“, “Sacred Road“, and a mix of pieces from different albums, “Solos for New Age Piano“.  If you have wanted to play David Lanz compositions, we probably have what you want!  For this New Age music or other sheet music by other New Age composers, call us at 1-800-42-MUSIC, email us at keyboard@stantons.com, or check out our website at http://www.stantons.com.  Shop Stanton’s for all your sheet music needs!
