Originally written for his wife, soprano Hila Plitmann, Eric Whitacre's Five Hebrew Love Songs has only been available in choral arrangements (SATB and SA) until recently. Now, these profoundly emotional pieces (using poems written by Plitmann) can be performed as originally conceived in an edition for soprano solo, violin and piano.
