This July, wizards and muggles alike will be treated to the next installment in the ever popular series of Harry Potter movies. Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince promises to be as big a hit on screen as it was in print! Treat your students or yourself to a variety of music publications featured in the new film:
For piano, Selections from Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince contains four pages of color photographs and music selections such as “In Noctem,” “Ginny,” “Wizard Wheezes,” and more.
Your string orchestra will enjoy the lovely Farewell Aragog, a Scottish style melody that is mournful and dissonant.
Three of the most memorable tunes from the movie are combined into an energetic medley for your young band in Selections from Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince from Alfred.
Evoking the mischievous fun of the Weasley twins, “Wizard Wheezes” is available in an arrangement for marching band and jazz band.
